No Refund or Exchange Policy

At Runway Addictz, We strive to provide our customers with high-quality products and exceptional service. As part of our commitment to transparency and fairness, we have implemented a "No Refund or Exchange" policy. Please read the following policy carefully before making a purchase:

1. All Sales Are Final:

  • Once an order is placed and payment is processed, it is considered final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for any reason, except in cases where the product received is damaged or defective (see point 3).

2. Exclusions:

  • The "No Refund or Exchange" policy applies to all products, including but not limited to physical goods, digital products & services.

3. Damaged or Defective Products:

  • In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact our customer support team within 48 hours of receiving the item. We will assess the situation and, if deemed appropriate, provide a replacement for the damaged or defective product.

4. Lost or Stolen Packages:

  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after they have been successfully delivered to the address provided during checkout. Please ensure that you provide a secure and accurate shipping address.

5. Product Variations:

  • Some of our products may have natural variations or slight differences in appearance due to the use of natural materials or handcrafted processes. These variations are not considered defects and do not qualify for refunds or exchanges.
